REGISTRATION
We are pleased to announce that registration for Digital Humanities Benelux 2026 is now open.
Conference dates: 2–5 June 2026
Location: Maastricht University, Maastricht (NL)
Theme: Digital Storytelling

This edition will be our largest so far. We received over 170 submissions for papers, panels, workshops, posters, lightning talks, and demonstrations from 28 countries, and we expect more than 200 participants to join us in Maastricht.
Registration fees
- Early Bird: €110 (deadline 5 April 2026)
- Regular: €140 (deadline 24 May 2026)
- Video Streaming only (non‑participatory attendance): €20 (deadline 24 May 2026)
You can also add the Conference Dinner (€45), which will take place in the FASoS garden as an informal standing dinner with food trucks, cocktails, music made from DH data, and other surprises.
Registration details (including workshop choices, dinner, etc.) can be amended later via the registration system.
Workshops
Pre‑conference workshops are open for registration now and can be selected directly in the registration form.
IMPORTANT FOR PRESENTERS
All presenters (papers, panels, posters, lightning talks, workshops, demos) must register by 5 April 2026.
Bursaries
Thanks to The Plant: Playground and Laboratory for New Technologies at Maastricht University, DH Benelux 2026 offers five bursaries of €300 each plus a registration fee waiver for presenters with limited financial resources or in precarious working positions.
